Why do I teach?
I have dreamed about teaching since I was a young girl. I love teaching them to read. Seeing their eyes light up when they get it is so rewarding to me.
What have my students taught me?
I have learned that each student and each class is unique. I have learned to follow where they lead and be amazed by their insight and creativity. I have learned that they may be ‘mine’ for a year, but they are forever in my heart.”
